About the Soluinca Website

A Collaborative Journey to Modernization

The Soluinca website story extends beyond its current iteration. In 2019, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting the owner before website redesign plans were in motion. At that time, they were burdened by an unscrupulous hosting company, resulting in exorbitant fees and website maintenance challenges. Determined to find a solution, they entrusted me with migrating their website to a more reliable and feature-rich hosting platform.

Fast forward a few years, the desire to modernize their website and surpass the competition with a fresh design emerged. The owner’s vision was clear: a visually appealing website, effortlessly editable and maintainable, with the ability to seamlessly scale over time. WordPress became the ideal platform to achieve these goals.

Prior to development, the owner expressed apprehension regarding website management and content updates. To address these concerns, I devoted significant effort to training them and their team, empowering them to fully leverage the website’s capabilities.

Deliverables and Impact

The current Soluinca website not only boasts a modern design and exceptional usability, but it also stands as a testament to the power of utilizing a website to drive business growth – an outcome that resonates deeply with me. The owner has repeatedly expressed how the new website has become an integral part of their daily operations and has fundamentally transformed their business approach.

My contributions extend beyond the website development itself. I take pride in creating video tutorials that guide users through website navigation and content management. Additionally, I provided hands-on training for select employees and established ongoing support channels to address any questions or technical difficulties encountered by the owner and team members.

The Soluinca project holds a special place in my memory due to the valuable lessons learned regarding user-centric design, particularly for editors, employees, and owners. I am immensely satisfied to have crafted a website that serves as a cornerstone for the remarkable work accomplished by Soluinca.
